i3 LIM region coding

The CCS handshake lives in the LIM, not just the inlet. People reuse BMW i3 LIMs on conversions (ZombieVerter) for DC fast charge. The module is region-coded.

CCS1 in North America wants a LIM from an NA car. CCS2 wants one from a European car. One builder bought a European i3 LIM and it failed CCS1 until they swapped for the same unit from an NA car.

Part numbers ZombieVerter builders report as working: 9454319 and 9494498.

A 2019 LIM, 6135 9470199, label LIM_AC_DCO, was asked on that thread. Nobody confirmed it. Do not treat it as interchangeable until someone benches it.
